Is there a minimum term?
Yes — a fixed minimum term (confirmed with you before signing, typically 6–12 months) so we can properly set the property up and market it. After that it runs on a rolling basis.
What about damage or difficult guests?
Every guest is ID-verified and a damage deposit is taken on every booking. If something goes wrong, you're covered.
Do I need multiple properties to work with you?
No — we manage single properties at our standard 15% fee. The 10% portfolio rate is simply available once you reach 5 or more.
What if I want to switch back to a standard let?
Once your minimum term is up, you're free to leave on a rolling basis — no long-term lock-in beyond that.
